You can select and purchase top quality batteries from the comfort of your own home or office. A virtual shopping cart will be standing by while you shop. Once you make a selection you will be presented with a "Secure Order Form". You can view what’s in your cart then continue to shop by clicking your browser's back button or you can check out immediately. If you decide to continue shopping, click "Check Out" at any time to purchase and that will submit your purchase to the "Secure Order Form". Fill out and submit this form and your order will be on their way.

Orders paid by Credit Card, Money Order or Cashiers Check are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders paid by Personal or Company check are shipped within 24 hours of check clearance.

3. E-mail your order - send all necessary information via e-mail, or send us an e-mail telling us to call you and take your order over the phone.
4. Mail in orders - Please phone us at 800-300-9993 and we would be more than happy to answer your questions about any batteries and accesories. We can also provide you our address so you can send in your order through the mail.

Only USPS Priority Mail Orders can be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for UPS.

We will send a confirmation of all orders by E-mail and verify through credit card authorization centers prior to shipping. 
A receipt will be included with your battery. 

 
 

Cellphone Battery Warehouse Shipping Policies
	Cellphone Battery Warehouse ships all orders FOB Grass Valley, CA. We ship with UPS, US Postal Service and OnTrac (to CA, AZ, NV, OR, and WA). The vast majority of our products are in stock and will ship the same day if order is placed before 2PM PST. Please note that phone orders will typically ship 1 to 2 days later because we give preference to online orders.
Shipping Options: Shipping to lower 48 US states: CBW ships orders via UPS, US Priority Mail and OnTrac (within CA, AZ, NV, OR, and WA). UPS: All orders shipped by UPS cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Please provide a physical address or select USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground can take up to 5 business days in transit to the east coast. Please check out our  UPS Ground Shipping Time Table for more information. Next Day Air packages are sent by Next Day Air Saver service level which guarantees delivery by the end of next business day. Saturday delivery is available by direct request only. Request must be approved by calling us because Saturday delivery may not be available in your area. Saturday delivery will increase delivery charge to $40. OnTrac: OnTrac is used for faster delivery time because most orders will be delivered the next day within 5 state west coast delivery area. Please note that OnTrac orders must be tracked directly at www.ontrac.com. Please call us at 800-300-9993 if you need assistance tracking your order.. US Postal Service: CBW recommends US mail for most orders because they are the least expensive option and delivery times are very good. US Postal Service also works on Saturdays so an order shipped at the end of the week will be delivered more quickly than other services. USPS Priority mail can be used to any United States address. All domestic orders are sent with delivery confirmation. Although most orders sent USPS Priority Mail reach their destination in one to four business days please allow ten business days. First Class Mail is more unpredictable. Most packages are delivered within a week but delivery can take up to several weeks. Please go to USPS.gov to track your order or drop the delivery confirmation number into Google. Shipping Restrictions: Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico: We recommend USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. UPS 2nd Day Air can be used to a physical address in HI and AK but it is not guaranteed to arrive in 2 days. Shipping to PO Boxes: All orders to PO Boxes must be shipped by US Postal Service. *** Please note Cellphone Battery Warehouse does not ship weekend days.***

3 Day Select - $10.95 for the first item, no charge for each additional item.
2nd Day Air - $16.95 for the first item, no charge for each additional item.
Next-Day Air - $27.95 for the first item, no charge for each additional item.
USPS Priority Mail- USPS Priority Mail is handled by the post office similarly to 1st Class, except delivery confirmation is included. Delivery takes 3-4 days.
International Shipping  - $14.95    Please note: International orders are sent by US Air Mail and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Deliveries to Canada typically arrive 7-10 business days later.
How long will it take to ship my order? Prompt delivery is our specialty at Cellphone Battery Warehouse. Most orders are shipped the same day. Your order will be shipped within the next twenty-four hours during weekdays unless the item(s) are not in stock. We will call you if there are going to be any delays. Orders placed after 2:00PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Please note Cellphone Battery Warehouse does not ship weekend days. The day Cellphone Battery Warehouse ships an order is the day UPS makes it's pickup. This does not count as a shipping day as UPS picks up after 5:00PM. Example: An order placed Friday after 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time will most likely ship the following Monday. The first day of actual transit will be Tuesday.            - A next day air shipment will arrive that Tuesday.            - Seconday air will arrive Wednesday.            - Three day select will arrive Thursday.
