We have business associates in Los Angeles, California, a city that thrives
on imported goods. Because of easier accessibility to cellular products,
we have numerous reliable distributors with competitive low prices. We
get the best batteries at great prices and pass the savings on to you.
We pride ourselves on having the lowest prices for cellular accessories
on the Internet. If you find a less expensive battery we
will beat their price.
3. What is the battery standby time and talk time?
Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. We often see our competitors
claim many times the standby you might expect to get. Standby times are
always difficult to estimate. Standby time and talk time can vary because
of what type of phone you have, geography, strength of signal, your service
provider, etc. Our estimates for standby and talk time are very conservative.
We work to under-promise and over-deliver by bringing you the best cell

4. How do I order accessories for my phone?
We have a large selection of items that we have not yet added to the website.
Please see the Accessories Part List for current pricing for most items. To purchase accessories such as chargers, leather cases, antennas, hands free kits, etc. please
include a comment in the customer information field of the shopping cart
when checking out with a battery purchase. Please call us at 800-300-9993
to place a phone order.
5. What if the item I am looking for is not on the website?
If you are looking for an item that's not on the accessory list, we encourage
you to call us to our offices at 800-300-9993
for information on the availability of this item. In case the particular
item was not currently in stock, our representatives will be more than
happy to consult with our distributors.
6. How do I know what model of phone I have?
There are two main places to look for the model of cell phone you may
have. First and foremost, if the manual is still available to you, it's
a sure bet you'll find the model of your phone written somewhere in the
front pages. Most of the time you can easily learn your phone model from
the phone itself. Simply remove the battery from the phone and look on
the inside part of your phone. The model should be inscribed on a label
that faces the belly of the battery. If any problems arise and this becomes
a hopeless process, feel free to call us to our offices at 800-300-9993.

7. What does OEM mean?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, referring to the particular
maker of the battery. OEM batteries, often referred to as "original"
batteries, are listed with their part number for easy reference.
8. What is an aftermarket battery?
An aftermarket battery is one that hasn't been made by the original manufacturer
(i.e. Nokia, Motorola, etc…). Although their original maker doesn't
make them, the aftermarket batteries we carry are made to the exact specifications
as OEM batteries.
9. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
10. What other methods of payment do you accept?
Other than credit card payment, you can write a check or a money order
to the Cellphone Battery Warehouse. Please call our offices at 800-300-9993
first so we can confirm your order and pricing. The total will include
the cost of shipping (Ground $5.95; Three Day $9.95; Second Day $15.95,
Next Day $22.95). We also need you to include the item(s) you want and
personal information such as your name, address, phone number.

11. What does mAh stand for?
This term stands for Milli-Amperes per hour, and it is used to measure
a battery's power capacity. mAh is linear scale which means that the higher
the mAh number the greater the total amount of stand-by time and talk
time it provides. For example, a 1200mAh battery will last twice as long
as a 600mAh battery. Please see Standby

13. How do I return an item for exchange, store credit,
or money back?
Quality customer service is the name of the game at Cellphone Battery
Warehouse. We will replace your item without a hassle and we can usually
ship an exchange the same day. Please fill out the Battery
Return Request Form phone us at our offices in California at
800-300-9993.
14. How are orders shipped and how much does it cost?
We pride ourselves on Same Day Shipping on most orders made by 2:00PM
Pacific Standard Time. Please see our shipping page for all details
of our UPS and USPS delivery options. USPS First Class mail is the least expensive shipping option at $1.95 and we also offer Priority Mail for $4.95. Most First Class Mail packages will be delivered within a few days but US mail can take up to 2 weeks. Priority Mail is our recommended option because the vast majority of orders are delivered within 3 days. You may have the order shipped to you
by regular UPS Ground shipping for $5.95 (which takes about six business days
or less, depending the state we're shipping to), Three Day Select for $9.95, Second Day Air for $15.95,
or Next Day Air for $22.95. All orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and outside
the United States are sent by regular US mail as an registered
package.
15. How long will it take to ship my order?
Prompt delivery is our specialty at Cellphone Battery Warehouse. Most
orders are shipped the same day. Your order will be shipped within the
next twenty-four hours during weekdays unless the item(s) are not in stock.
We will call you if there are going to be any delays. Orders placed after
2:00PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Please
note Cellphone Battery Warehouse does not ship weekend days.

16. Will I get an email confirmation of my order?
We will send you an email when you place your order. We also send a email with a tracking link when we send out your items. You can always login to our website to see order history and up to date tracking information. If you give us an email address, we will send the confirmation but that doesn't mean you'll definitely get it. If you do not receive it, check to see if you have a spam blocker or an ISP that might be rejecting the message. Please email us at customerservice@batteries4less.com if you want us to resend. Also, we do not sell your email or share it with anyone else. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
17. What is your warranty?
All of our batteries come with a Manufacturer's Warranty for 1 full year
from the date of you receive your order. If Cellphone Battery Warehouse
finds that any part was defective in materials or workmanship we will
replace it with a new battery at no charge to you. Proof of original purchase
date is required. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been
improperly installed, maintained, or repaired, or batteries that have
been subject to misuse, abuse, accident, physical damage, abnormal operation,
abnormal handling, neglect, exposure to fire, water or excessive changes
in climate or temperature, or batteries with warranty stickers or product
serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible.
Our warranty applies to the original owner only and must be accompanied
by the original sales receipt or a clear copy of it. Shipping for all
returned items must be paid for by sender. We will pay all shipping costs
to send back a replacement item.
We also want you to have complete faith in our company and our batteries.
To this end we stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it within
30 days and we will gladly refund your money. All refunds will be for the original purchase price (and any sales tax if applicable), excluding shipping and handling fees. We will pay all shipping
costs for UPS Ground shipping to send back a replacement item(s).
